Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Meal Snap, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Meal Snap is provided by Welet Pojulu.

2. Who can use Meal Snap

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local law requires it, to use the app.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Not medical advice

Meal Snap is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Calorie and nutrient numbers are estimates made by AI and can be wrong, so check them and adjust as needed.

Nothing in the app is medical, nutritional, or health advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making big changes to how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

5. Subscriptions and free trials

• Meal Snap Pro is billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. Your photos and content

You own the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store, process, and analyze them only to run and improve the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

7. Using the app fairly

Please don't misuse Meal Snap. That includes trying to break or overload the service, reverse engineering it, accessing other people's accounts, uploading harmful or illegal content, or using the app to build a competing product.

8. Our app

Meal Snap, its design, and its content belong to Welet Pojulu. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own, following these Terms and Apple's standard license terms.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Profile > Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Welet Pojulu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these Terms, we'll change the date at the top and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Meal Snap after changes take effect means you accept them.
